Meditation book & Audio CD

A book on Guided Meditation has recently been written by Dr. K Arunachalam, locally known as 'Aru'.
Aru has taught meditation at the Brisbane Theosophical Society for many years and is an active member of the TOS.

The set of the book and an audio CD of Aru's narration for a guided mediation is available from the Brisbane TOS for $12.
This amount is donated totally to the Pakistan literacy home-schools project.
